M/BODY HIIT

30 to 45-minutes of a high-energy combination of cardio and strength conditioning. Based on a proven model of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this training can be modified to all levels and promises high caloric and fat burn, efficient cardiovascular performance and just a great, addictive type of challenge! 

M/POWER

This is a high-intensity circuit class with 8 stations that include VersaClimber, SkiErg, Rower, Treadmill, Power, Strength, Speed/Agility and Core work. This workout was designed in conjunction with a renowned exercise physiologist specifically to vault your athletic conditioning and training to another level. M/POWER Coaches will run the same format for 2 weeks regardless which coach is leading it...and then switch it for the following 2 weeks. Periodic-based training is a proven method for improving performance, increasing metabolic rate, and simply maximizing training benefits!

BoxingFusion

BoxingFusion is all about creating an incredible M/Powering experience of authentic/ fitness boxing that won't intimidate our warriors, but will simply inspire confidence and achieve personal fitness goals. It's a combination of bag/mitt/cardio/core work in our own unique way. Hand wraps and boxing gloves are required for each class. (We have wraps and gloves for purchase or rental.)

StrengthFusion

A strength-based weight training class that combines free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and other props to help build muscle capacity, thereby helping increase your metabolic rate as well as decrease your chance for injury in everyday life and training!

TRXFusion

An interval-based workout using the Navy SEAL-designed TRX system, these workouts are strength-based with light to moderate cardiovascular challenges. They are mainly body-weight exercises with some free weight/resistance training added.

M/BodySculpt

A periodic-based strength conditioning workout using mid- to light weights and alternating focus on muscle endurance, balance and consistent core focus. This same workout will be repeated for the week and switch it up for a separate focus the following week. This workout can be adapted to all fitness levels. 

M/BodyBarre

This class is Pilates-based and ballet-inspired. It incorporates the physical as well as the aesthetic benefits of lengthening and strengthening your muscles. The combination of Pilates-, yoga- and ballet-based moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries dancers endure. It is a strength-based class with minimal cardiovascular challenges.

CardioBarre

Picture all the things you love most about an M/BodyBarre class…now add some light cardiovascular challenges included in it as well! 

PilatesFusion

A mat-based core class that combines classical Pilates and basic core strengthening. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. Props – including light weights, therabands, Pilates ring, and more – may be used to add challenge or assistance throughout the class. Whether you’re a beginner or expert practitioner, this mat workout will strengthen the core, tone the hips and thighs, and flatten the abs.

PiYo

Combine the best of Pilates and yoga. Now add the greatest playlists and atmosphere that will leave you with the greatest strengthening and lengthening experience of your life!

FusionRide

A 45-minutes cycle class where we’ll drill you. We’ll drive you. You’ll climb. You’ll jam. You’ll sprint. We will bring the best of pure indoor cycling drills and technique combined with the best of rhythmic riding and some upper body work too. It’s all about finding out what speaks to and drives you and then hanging on for dear life!

RhythmRide

45 minutes of a high intensity spin class that focuses on riding to the beat of the music with upper body movements that feel like a dance party on the bike while giving you a full body work out.

ExpressRide

30 minute class combining Fusion and RhythmRide without an upper body segment. All the great parts in a shortened workout! 

M/PowerYoga

Is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students flow from one pose to the next connecting breathing to movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and dynamic form of fitness. It incorporates strength and flexibility challenging the mind and the body for an overall sense of wellbeing. Class ends in mediation where you can let go of all the stress of your day. Moderate to Advanced class.

M/BraceYoga

Combines a series of postures, where with a gentler, lighter paced flow, students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, coordinated with the breath. This softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. Designed to create space to explore your practice, to find the play between strength, stretch and flexibility, stability and ease, and to gain greater understanding of alignment and balance in the body.
