We will assess your current level of fitness, review injuries and restrictions as well as set both short and long term goals. 

Everybody has a different story. Our trainers will tailor the workout to you. With your goals in mind we will develop a program that will build upon your strengths and help you overcome weakness. 

Your personal trainer will constantly be communicating with you and updating your workout regimen. As you train, you will improve…your workout should reflect that.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Our 60-minute private yoga sessions offer an individualed program that's tailored specifically for your needs. Whether you are new to yoga and intimidated at the thought of walking into a group class or an experienced yogi looking to take your practice to the next level, your instructor will meet you on your mat where you are and help you to work towards even your loftiest yoga goals. SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training will provide (8) 45-minute sessions in a small group setting where you can excel and take your training to the next level at a fraction of the cost of personal training. You will still benefit from world-class coaching, targeted programming to meet your personal needs, and ongoing accountability from your trainers and fellow group members.

You will learn to set goals – specific, measurable, attainable, and time-sensitive, to keep you on track.

PRIVATE BOXING

Looking for one-on-one, or small-group customized boxing training? Go toe-to-toe with a certified coach. Your coach will champion the path to achieving your fitness goals! After assessing your fitness level and skills with what you ultimately desire, your trainer will develop a program that’s just right for you. Bag work, mitt work, cardiovascular drills….all combined to strengthen, tone, hone true boxing skills as well as amplify your cardio workouts. Our coaches will motivate you and push you to do better every time. All new private boxing clients receive a complementary 2-hour M/Bundle to use for any classes at both locations!
